 I'm writing to compliment your team for the great job they did in helping me refinance my home. I've never had a hard time accessing loans up until the last 2 years. I've always paid my bills and lived up to my agreements 100% of the time. But the cycle of reducing credit limits and then increasing the interest rates has been very hard on my credit score. Who would have thought that filling out an internet application would have led me to such a fine and competent organization? To top it off, the person I was working with was great! My Loan Specialist was everything you want when dealing with a large financial transaction. He was calm and friendly at all times. He was clear and timely with his requests. He dedicated and reliable at all times. Even in the midst of a family health crisis, he made sure that everything was taken care of. I recall saying to him; "This is just a house, go take care of your dad." He apologized for not calling me earlier with the news that everything was almost set. He knew that I was in a tight spot and trying to get closing completed before my next mortgage payment was due. He then went to the hospital to see his dad. That's just one example of what kind of a caring and well balanced person he is. I like dealing with people who can be trusted to go the extra mile when you need them to. He's exactly the kind of guy I'd like working for my business. You have a gem of a top performer there. I hope you treat him accordingly. |
