 In response to the exceptional efforts of my Loan Specialist in obtaining refinance through Voyage Financial, for my residence in Cumberland, MD. Obtaining my residence in Cumberland, MD was a very difficult procedure, but him consistently and tirelessly worked on this endeavor. It involoved many legal issues with un-co-operative parties, including my lawyers...him was persistent in trying to resolve those issues and frequently had to go "above and beyond" to accomplish the goal of refinance. His demeanor was always cheerful and optimistic. He literally called me dozens and dozens of times and promptly followed through with promises and tasks. I am old (older than dirt, as my former students would say) and I have never worked with anyone with so much energy and enthusiasm as my Loan Specialist. If it had not been for him, I know this project would not have come to fruition. So, to him and Voyage Home Loans, I gratefully thank you for all that has been done. |
