My Loan Specialist  was wonderful to work with & assisted us & answered all our questions but the things he promised drop through the cracks in other departments especially the lender. None of the things we were looking for in the refinance process happened. 1) Our interest rate didn't go down. 2) Our bills did not get paid off. 3) Appraisal cost was more than other company & appraised price was lower. 3) Flood insurance was asked for since start & never added. 4) Credit card payment was sent to us but payable to C.C. company so that delayed payment & interest was added. 5) Escrow was 500.00 less than quoted.
