I had one of the easiest, most painless processes I've ever dealt with. My Loan Specialist assured me up front that he wouldn't move forward with the process unless he knew it would be worth my while. He answered all of my questions patiently and with confidence and if he didn't know the answer, he got back to me within the next 24 hours, usually much quicker.

I had gone through one horrific refinance process, funny enough, with the company that currently held my mortgage.  They botched it up so bad and took so long to get nowhere, I thought I was just done with this process.  I kept getting these refinance notices in the mail, all junk as far as I was concerned.
